DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order cut off times

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday and 1pm Friday will be despatched same working day unless specific instructions are provided at the time of order.

Orders placed during a weekend, or outside of office hours will be despatched the next working day.

Shipping Rates

All orders are despatched and delivered via our trusted couriers. At the time of placing an order, our sales team will allocate the best courier choice based on the goods and delivery address. You will be informed of these details at purchase.

We annually review these services to ensure you are receiving the prices.

Before noon & weekend delivery 

If you require a before noon or weekend delivery, please contact our sales team to discuss the courier options available. Any additional delivery cost is covered by the customer, including any orders covered by our free delivery offer. 

Please note: even though we use a next-day delivery service, deliveries to remote areas of the country, especially the Highlands and Islands, will most likely take longer to arrive.

Destinations

We deliver across the UK, from John O'Groats to Land's End, across the Irish Sea to the peaks of the Welsh hills, and everywhere in between.

Due to courier surcharges, an additional premium may be required for specific areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, and Jersey. 

If you are buying from outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss your requirements and any potential export costs. 

Problem with a delivery?

If you haven't received your order after 3 working days from placing the order, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 01527 501 145 (during office hours) and we will deal with your query ASAP. If you're unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, it may be left in a secure place or with a neighboring alternative.

If your order arrives damaged, the delivery partner should be notified upon receipt. Please also contact our sales team.


RETURNS

In the event, the order does not meet your requirements or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our team within 30 days to discuss a return. 

Please note, that all refunds are issued less outbound carriage, this applies to all orders, including those applicable for free delivery. 

Trader and business returns may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

COLLECTIONtradecounter

You are welcome to collect your order, for free, at our trade desk in the Redditch warehouse. Please see our Contact Us page for our location and trade desk information.

To access the trade counter: take the first turning left on Palmers Road and we are the first unit on the left, our gates are always open during the warehouse operating hours.

We aim to have most orders ready for same-day collection, however, the order size and complexity can affect this. Please call at the time of order to arrange a collection time.
