Braked castors with a Fabricated castor bracket, fitted with special elastic polyurethane On Aluminium Centre wheel have 2 precision ball bearing in the wheel centre. These braked casters range from 160mm-200mm and have a capacity up to 500 Kg per caster. Polyurethane on Aluminium Centre castors offer high load capacity with light weight. They have excellent rolling resistance and offer protection on floors. They are used where weight is critical but a high load castor is required for instance aviation ground support equipment, We recommend our special polyurethane tyred castors for high load application where rolling resistance needs to be as low as possible to help improve the process. Another benefit of using elastic polyurethane tyred wheels they offer a cushioned ride are unlikely to damage floors and wear well compared top elastic rubber tyred wheels.
